Resurgent AntiCheat is server-side only mod that obfuscates sensitive information from the client when the data is sent, specifically information about chunks and what's going on in them. This prevents players from finding other players' hidden content.
This is done by spawning entities, and block entities when chunks load on the server. When chunks are unloaded on the server, the spawned entities are despawned until a chunk is loaded again. This blocks debug information on the clientside from having full details of which entities are in each chunk.
