The Resident Evil mod adds items from Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 3 Remake to the game, and in the meantime, the mod adds first aid items, gunpowder to create ammo, colored herbs, a knife and weapons.
Green grass grows in swamps, Red in the jungle, and Blue in the taiga also in these biomes, Ivy zombies will spawn, and the rest of the zombies Molded and Pale Head will spawn as normal mobs. Also, items necessary for crafting fall from these mobs.
