Reinforced Stone Recipe Adder

So, I want to build a ship out of 20,000 Reinforced Stone blocks. I do not have the time to go through the new methods to create Reinforced Stone. Thus, I want the nice old recipe back. And thus, I wrote this one-line mod. Drop it in your mods folder along with IC2, and you will get the old recipe back.

The added recipe is like so:

If someone tells me a better way to do this, I will gladly remove the mod.

Also, if requested I will port it to other versions of MC.
