Realistic ore processing adds many tools and changes that aim to make metal obtaining harder.
It requires this crafttweaker file to work.
If you smelt metal ores, you get rough metal ingots. Make a hammer and crush raw ore, then make a crucible and put it in.
Then, smelt it and put it in an ingot cast.
