Adds new ways to make Gunpowder in Minecraft.

Adds Sulfur Ore

Adds Niter (saltpetre/Potassium Nitrate) Ore

Adds new Mill machine block to crush items into powder.

Allows you to make gunpowder by using a 2:1:1 ratio of Niter Powder, Sulfur Powder and Charcoal Powder. Like in real life!
