This mod makes that you need the proper tool to harvest most of the blocks in the game. (ex Wood needs an axe).

With the update 1.1.0 you will be able to tweak every single thing of the mod via a in-game config.

╚> Why should I need a mod like this?

Well, in progression modpacks or "realistic" modpacks, this can be really useful to make the early-game harder.

For example, by default, this mod makes that you need an axe to get wood, and this can be really useful with some sort of early game mods.

╚> How does it work?

Basically, if you do not have the required tool, first of all, the drop will be cleared.

In other cases, if the block is hard to break, it will damage the player(The value can be tweaked in the config)
