Most item/fluid transfer mods can work with the filing cabinets. Things like Refined Storage's External Storage and Applied Energistics 2's Storage Bus can display the contents of the filing cabinet, as well as interact with it.
Modpack Permissions:
It should go without saying that since I have uploaded this mod on this hosting platform, that anyone will be free to put it in their modpacks. I agree! Do whatever you like by dropping it in whatever pack you make!
