features:
adds rain that damages you (5 hearts by default and without armor)
green electricity is shown instead of rain in dry biomes (savanna as a example)
snow in snow biomes freeze you to death (like saints campaign)
it also has commands to enable spawning of water source blocks (which i recommend getting some sor of water fluid simulation, like my other mod or "Flowing Fluids" i think)
