radiated adds so much radiated stuff like radiated chestplate helmet leggins wings boots and sword all do certain stuff you can eat radiated beef and gain nausea theres 2 more structure with insane loot but insane mobs too if you dare to even enter their biome the radiated sword gives poison and other stuff for you to be radiated or poisoned with nause and other bad stuff with radiated wings you can fly faster then elytra i think you can also have a new armour set which is very op and it would not disappoint in protecting you
