Random additions adds content to the game that dances in and out of the vanilla feel by adding a variety of content such as new items crafted with vanilla items, and custom content like dedicated items. In the future there will likely be new blocks and items added based off of real world things, plus some made up content for you to explore.
Current items crafted with vanilla items :
Emerite : Netherite combined with emeralds to make a full set of emerite tools and armor.
Handle : Sticks and wool -> handle
