Quiet Fishing is a Fabric mod that makes it so you can only hear the sound of your own fishing bobber being pulled in, and not the sound of other players fishing bobbers.
Quiet Fishing does this by checking the location of where a sound is coming from for bobbers, and if your bobber is there a sound is played, if it is not your bobber making a sound, then no sound is made.
