QuickQuark

Provide multiple ways to boost the initialization speed (by configuring its network behavior) of Vazkii's Quark mod, including:

1. Modifying the max connect/read timeout;
2. Using proxy;
3. Directly disabling Quark's network access (default).

ATTENTION

1. You DEFINITELY CAN add the mod to your modpack;
2. Please note that Quark's contributor reward, which is important for Quark itself and its community, is based on network access. If possible, please do not directly disable its network access.
