Quantum Zone is a collection biomes, mobs, blocks and items that I feel that Minecraft needs. Quantum Zone doesn't have a specific purpose YET so feel free to have fun.
Drop the downloaded .jar File in your mods folder in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods.
You are free to add Quantum Zone to your mod packs.
