This mod lets you break spawners with the Silk Touch enchantment. That's about it.
No ASM, free software, no dependencies. As of 1.1 it doesn't even replace the spawner block at all. Throwing shade since 2018!
New as of 1.1.3: You don't need to install this mod on clients. Feel free to add this mod to your server and enable "serversideOnlyMode" in the config file!
