This mod compensates players ping with more forgiving hit boxes, more forgiving critic attack timing and more forgiving Ghast fireballs (the compensation is scaled depending on the ping of the specific player and can be adjusted in the config).
(note: the hitboxes aren't actually increased, basically it creates a temporary server-side compensated box only when validating hits).
