Suit up in Engineer Armor and install attachments freely at the Modification Table. Each armor piece has multiple slots—eye, mouth, back, shoulder, arm… Whatever you install, that's the ability you get.

Configuration
Server config (protectionengineering-server.toml) lets you tweak APS interception radius, missile speed/range/lifetime, and rocket/hormone/dodge cooldowns, among other parameters.
