This mod ads the "server-properties" command. This command has a subcommand for every serverproperty, and every subcommand has a parameter. This parameter is an int, string, or bool, depending on the server property. This command requires a permission level 4.
Be aware, that for the changes to apply you either need to run /reload, or restart the server. Just like if you would modify the file manually.
