This mod is a multiloader amalgamation of Pronounify by ItsXander (abandoned) and another Fabric mod also called PronounMC by williamist (not updated), and is the first one with proper Forge and 1.21 support.
Just log in with your Minecraft account on PronounDB and set your pronouns. It's that simple!
After that, you'll start seeing your pronouns in chat! It also works great with Chat Heads installed:
The server doesn't even need the mod installed, this works client side! It will automatically query the PronounDB API service to fetch the pronouns for all connected players when you join a server or receive a new chat message.
