🌸 About 🌸
This mod adds several new features to the Cherry Forest biome in 1.20. This mod is still in development, and I do plan to add more features at a later date, but at the moment, the mod does function properly and shouldn't have any real incompatibilities. Note: In order to experience some of the new features added by this mod, you'll have to enter new chunks, as they won't generate in areas that've already generated!
🍒 Cherries 🍒
Cherries now have a chance of dropping from Cherry Leaves upon being broken. These are a new food source with low saturation and only heal 2 hunger points, but can be used in other recipes. A Cherry is now required in order to craft a Cake, a new item called the Cherry Tart (1 Cherry, 1 Sugar, & 1 Egg) Cherry Jam (1 Bottle, 3 Cherries) & the Cherry Crate (9 Cherries). Rotten Cherries also have a chance to drop, acting as a last resort food item at the moment. (More features planned for later.)
🌷 Moolips 🌷
The Moolips from Minecraft Earth are a new, exclusive mob that spawn in the Cherry Groves! They can be bred with Pink Daisies (a new flower from Minecraft Earth, spawns rarely in the Cherry Grove), & will follow you if you have one in hand. Upon right clicking a moolip with an empty bucket, you can a new food source: the Bucket of Moolip Milk! This not only clears any effect from you, but also gives you Regeneration 2 for 10 seconds and has a small amount of saturation!
⛩️ Tori Gates & Bamboo ⛩️
Tori Gates, a new archeology site exclusive to the Cherry Grove, have been added! Sift through the suspicious sand for a chance at revealing some goodies! Bamboo also now sprouts up in the Cherry Grove, making the environment that little bit more diverse!
