This mod is discontinued as of 1.21.1, as datapacks now cover this functionality.
Allows you to change the effects given by potions via a config file. This can be used for modpack balancing.
This is a Forge Mod, I will NOT support Fabric or other mod loaders. I will not backport to older versions, but I will port to newer versions as soon as I find the time.
