This is a remake of the mod Polluted Earth by Alexiy_Orlov, who unfortunately quit modding and took the files with them.
Luckily they gave permission for a remake/clone of the mod, so here it is!
Polluted Earth adds a block that spreads by itself and spawns mobs.
Both can be configured, as well as natural spawning in the world, spawn rate, spread rate, what blocks to replace, what mobs to spawn, etc.
By default the config contains no entries for replaceable blocks and spawnable entities, so make sure to add some yourself!
