This mod will provide various server-side utilities for Pokecube. It will not be needed on clients, and will be open for anyone to suggest additional utilities for. It currently comes with the following sub-utilities:
Capture restriction:
allows servers to restrict levels that specific wild pokemobs can be captured at.
Dimension Restriction:
allows blacklisting/whitelisting dimensions that pokemobs can be send out in.
