Adds 4 levels of pocket beacons each with a crafting recipe and effects
Lv 1 beacons- Adds a Speed and Haste Beacon
Lv 2 beacons- Adds a Resistance and Jump boost Beacon
Lv 3 beacon- Adds a Strength Beacon
Lv 4 beacons- Adds a Regen Beacon and a Stage 2 beacon for the Lv 1,2, and 3 beacons
