This project is abandoned in favor of new features introduced in Fabric Loader 0.4.0.

Plugin Loader is a Fabric mod that provides a plugin loading system to other mods. It aims to provide a completely hard-dependency free loading scheme.

Authors who wish to implement this into their mod should read the relevant README section to get started as well as the in-source javadocs for information on how to do so.
