Player Alert/Death Tracker

This mods adds a couple of commands that allows you to see all the player deaths on your server. It also adds an alert message once a player drops below 3 hearts or gets attacked by a different player. You can customize when the alert message appears in the config file that gets created once you put the mod on your server.
