Particle generator is a mod that just adds one block, one that, as the name says, it generates particles. You can choose the particle, position, velocity and arguments inside the custom GUI. Power the block to spawn the particles!
To craft the block put cobblestone at the sides, except the middle top slot, where you put gunpowder and redstone in the center.
