Palettes is a simple mod that allows players to customize their blocks.
It features a GUI in which you can paint your texture on a 16x16 canvas. 
You can also load textures you've already made yourself if you prefer, too.
These images are saved on the server so any player can see them.
From there the 'Palette Editor' block will allow you to customize which sides these textures go on.
