An item that can be used to remove Black Holes from the World and have them for relocation.
WIP - We may add more features in the future. As for now a simple item to be able to remove Black Holes from Oritech. Hold one Dislocator on each hand and right click the Black Hole.
We may rework this as an addon directly for Oritech so it integrates in a better way.
