The OreMania ores contains a lot of ores with different set bonuses for armors that you can use. You can make tools and armor out of any of the ores.

Set Bonuses

• dragonite, fire resistance and fire area effect
• griffonite, speed
• angel, flight.
• Goliath, strength and slowness
• Forbidden, lots of bad effects
• Polarite, water turns to ice under you
• Oceanic, water breathing, dolphins grace, and depressurization when you are out of water
• Solar, glowing, fire resistance, and regeneration, fire area effect
• Lunar, jump boost, invisibility, night vision, dolphins grace, and water breathing
• Liche, life drain area effect, flight
• Meteorite ore, if there is air under you, then you catch on fire.
• Ancient, if something hurts you, it explodes
• Ender, you teleport and the attacker teleport if it hurts you
• Hell, area effect sets others on fire. blocks under you catch on fire.
• Corrupt, you die after a few seconds.

Effects

• Freezing, makes you slow and deals freezing damage to you
• Depressurization, deals depressurization damage to the player which has it. 
• Life Drain, creates a damage zone which if another entity without life drain enters it, it gets hurt and the person with life drain, regenerates
