[FABRIC] One Block Random Drop

Unharvestable block that gives a random item (even modded ones!) with configurable chances. Specifically made for SkyBlock modpacks in need of a block that drops a random item as a mechanic.

 Features:

• Configurable chance for items (0-1000).
• Optimized for big modpacks, ensuring no lag is ever caused by basic gameplay mechanics.
• Unobtainable using crafting, and can't be destroyed in survival.
