A simple mod that fixes items in the offhand not executing the inventory tick method, this can fix unexpected behavior by some items when using them in the off hand, mainly Simply Swords (the reason why this mod was made in the first place)
While this mod is meant to fix things, it can also create unexpected results if not careful. That's why the default config only applies to Simply Swords items, I am not sure if this will impact negatively in other mods that might have a workaround around this already, so it's best to use this mod with caution and test that all items work as intended.
