Adds Opencomputer support to some Ender IO machines.
Currently Supported:
Multi-block capacity banks. Supports getting and setting information about the entire capacitor bank network rather than just the one capacitor that the adapter is connected to.
Item Buffers. Supports reading inventory and getting/setting redstone control modes.
Conduit bundles. Reach back to that capacitor bank from a power conduit just like an EIO Power monitor. Change the itemConduit redstone signal mode.
