Obsidian Plated Netherite

Planned changes so far are:

• All netherite tools
• Debuffs/Balances to plates, such as slowness to counteract the tank-like nature of the armor
  • Add all netherite plates
  • Add more balancing
  • Tweak ore generation
  • Secret entities!!
  • New biomes(?)
  • New acid bucket/fluid!

To plate an item, just surround it with obsidian in a crafting table, or smith diamond items with an ingot.
