Harpsichord - Loom
Marimba - Any type of logs
Glockenspiel - Iron ore
Celesta - Gold ore
Steel Drums - Dirt
Woodblocks - Any wooden trapdoors
Sitar - Sandstone or Red Sandstone
Piano - Any type of planks
Music Box - Diamond Block
Vibraphone - Blue Ice
Timpani - Barrell
Bass Drum - Chest
High Drum - Trapped Chest
Pluck - Obsidian
Chinese Pik - End Stone
This is for both Fabric, and Forge! Make sure you get the right one!
This is for 1.17, do not mistake it for any other version.
