Note: Mod depend on the Tickrate Changer library.
• To use: move the mouse over the player and right-click with an object in hand. The player slows down for 15 seconds (standard value, can be changed in the config) and then immediately return to the previous speed.
• The slow-slow item can be used without cooldown, however, only 1 object can be slowed down at a time.
• Config file is located in .minecraft/config/nnm.cfg
