Easy and efficient mod without any overhead making sure no phantoms spawn in your overworld dimension anymore.
This mod still allows you to spawn phantoms manually by command or spawn egg. It only turns off the natural spawnrate.
In 1.16+ it also adds a recipe to repair elytras with leather.
