No Jump or Sneak

Do you Think that vanilla Minecraft is to easy? Then is this mod a good challenge to you.

It punishes you if you jump or sneak with a permanent lose of a Heart, it brings a total dfferent Minecraft Experience because you need to be careful that you dont jump or sneak to often or else you die.

But no hopes are lost because you can later Craft a full Heart using a Netherite ingot surrounded by 4 Golden Apples.
