Nirsland's Additions is a Minecraft mod that will bring some additions to your game by implementing a whole new dimension that you will need to visit. Also it will add 2 new ores: Enderite and Star ores. First can be find in The End and second can be found deep in overworld caves.
Star Table is the block where you can upgrade your stats like Health, Speed, and more.
