Neo Otherworld Compatibility Fix

Used to resolve crashes caused by compatibility issues when reloading certain mods, while also providing a Chinese language patch and built-in wiki support.

This mod currently includes:

• A delayed registration patch for VanillaBackport’s sheep wool layer
• A concurrency fix patch for Curios
• Added 5 new backpacks through Tensura and Sophisticated Backpacks integration.
• Fixed some crash issues between mods.
• An in-game Tensura Wiki, which can be opened with the B key. The wiki link can also be customized through the config file
• A modification to the Magic Sense skill, allowing it to detect magic ore

Additional compatibility fixes, utility features, and patch types are planned for future updates.
