Add some utilities to the game.
3 Blocks have now been added
- Index - Can store enchantments(Need Lapis Lazuli (block) to replenish MP)
- The Eight Trigrams - Continuously inflicts damage to non-(players, animals, NPCs) within a 64 square range
- Equipment Enhancer - Equipment can be strengthened, and most data can be configured, such as the maximum number of times an item can be strengthened, strengthening materials, and the maximum value that an ability can be strengthened to
