Neapolitan Horses
A very Italian mod.
Allows all horses to have up to 4 passengers, each passenger must remove the helmet before riding.
Introduces a new entity, the Neapolitan Horse, spawning on the plains biome.
This horse, along with some very cool skin details, will always have the maximum possible speed property (by default).
Everything is fully configurable.
