Natural Sizes makes your Minecraft world feel more alive by giving every mob a slightly different random size when they spawn. It only changes their scale and step height so their health and attack damage stay exactly the same. The mod is super lightweight and you can easily change the size limits in the config file.
It works on both singleplayer and multiplayer and players don't even need to install it to join your server!
