I tried to give my mod RPG feeling. Here are the changes:
Now you can learn jutsus from different NPC's:
- Basic jutsus from Iruka sensei
- Release jutsu from Jounins
- Clan jutsus from your clan members
- Finally your master (sensei) can teach you special jutsus
About Shinobis:
There are clan shinobis in the world use hokage helmet on them to get their contract with that you can craft the contract of better shinobis like gennin chunin jounin and anbu

How to learn:
Basic jutsu:
When you spawn in the world you can find advertising tables, right click on them to get an application form show this to a gennin or chunin and he will summon you Iruka sensei. Right click on him with itemless hand and with 5 chakra in your hand to get basic jutsu item. How to get chakra? You can see how many chakra you have on the screen if you want to get it in item push button R.
Clan jutsu:
Craft the clan discover item and reveal your clan. Find someone from your clan and right click on him with itemless hand and 20 chakra in inventory, he will give you clan jutsu item.
Release jutsu:
Get a Jounin rank ninja, from that point the procedure is the same as clan jutsu
Special jutsu:
When you learned all basic jutsu the next basic jutsu item you will use can reveal your sensei and also summon him. He or She can give you Special jutsu for 40 chakra.
You can store a maximum of 4 chakra in the beginning and number of it increases 1/12sec when not fully loaded. When you use a clan or release jutsu item, sometimes your max chakra will increase until it reaches 10 chakra. Jutsus use this chakra.
Press J button to open your jutsu knowledge library
Press C button multiple times near to a wall while climbing jutsu is in your left hand to climb up
