Mystic's and Narial's Flat Operator Only Dimension

Description

This dimension is a flat lifeless dImension that operators (people who have only the ability to use commands) can use.
This is useful in things like servers or modpack for a creative space for the owner or anyone with cheat enable (singleplayer)
No mob ever can spawn here! 

The command for getting to it is a vanilla command /execute in flat:fun_dun_dimension run tp @s 0 33 0
33 is the recommended height for going to the dimension without hurting yourself in-game.

All Modpacks and Servers can use this with permission or asking although credit would be nice!
