Hello! Welcome to The Epicarno Mod for minecraft 1.8. This mod adds a whole new dimension, complete with bosses temples and a whole lot more! In this post I am going to try to explain and show everything but I'm not great at making posts, writing and explaining (so wish me luck).
Please note I have left a good few items and blocks out of this post as the amount is just too damn high.
Notice: Epicarno ores CAN NOT be mined with overworld tools
The 1.1.4 update adds a lot and changes a few things. To explain this update I will be making a video. This is the last update till after my exams, my last hurrah. The Video
If you can't watch the video here is a very short summary:
- Inferno Swords now can shoot fire
-TNT Staffs shoot + place TNT
- New Sundering Stone & staff that can be upgraded by equipping the Sunderers's Suit.
(Sundering is instantly destroying the block you right click with magic and dropping it)
- Sundering Stones are created by moon washing Light Sticks (they spawn around the map)
- The Sundering upgrades are: 3*3 Sundering area, double sundered drop, 2 forward sundering and increased sundering staff velocity.
-Warding Stones that block any attempt to sunder within a 20 Block cubed area around where they are placed, can be found in the world or crafted (crafting in video)
- Moon Water pools that can be used to fetch buckets of moon water for washing ores in the moon washer.

Version 1.1.2 and Update Warning!
New look of the dimension in the 1.1.2 Update
PLEASE READ BEFORE UPDATING! This update may (or may not) look like much but it has changed a lot of the base mod code, because of this you may have problems loading your world with this version of the mod. The only way I have been able to fix this (so far) was by deleting my .minecraft folder and reinstalling (this may not be a issue for you but I would like to let people know) If you cannot get the mod working old versions are up on the curse forge page. This is some screenshot of the dimension (using GLSL shaders ) mod in all it's glory. Here is where you will find all the new stuff added with the mod, your normal world will not be changed.
Note: The water and sky have been replaced by GLSL shaders and have different colours without the shaders
How to get there: Craft a Glowstone Lantern walk into it and some magic stuff happens and your there. Crating a Glowstone Lantern:
You are given 2 glowstone lanterns, one to get in and one to use to get out.
This boss can be pretty hard and it's attack can pack a punch, causing negative effects on the player. It can also take some of the players HP as it's own (armour can not protect you from this)
Redrock Temple

Attack: Powerful melee
Without any protection this boss can be very hard. It has a lot of health and a powerful attack, however with good armour and some good weapons it can't be that bad (can it?).
Ice Temple
Ice Temple Boss

HP: ???
Attack: Weak (for a boss) but slows you down.
This one is more of a mini-boss. It's attack is not that bad, however watch out for the black ice and the minions.
In every temple you will find relic chests you can craft all 4 relics found from the temples to create information (used in some crafting).
Info: A Diamond sword combined with a soul creating a living sword!

Damage: 25
Uses: 100
Downside: Half your current health taken every hit.
Crafting:
This is the most powerful in the mod. It does 25 damage however it takes half your current health every hit you make with it (if you have full health you would die after 3 hits).
Sword Of The Mystical Inferno
Damage: 14
Uses: 200
Upside: Sets enemy on fire.
Downside: May set you on fire.
Crafting:
Dark Sword
Damage: 14
Uses: 3000
Downside: It's a heavy sword, it slows you down.
Crafting:
Love & Life Bow (Inc Arrow)
Uses: ???
Damage: 10
Upside: Sets enemy on fire.
Downside: Arrows are invisible.

Epicarno Staffs
They are staffs, that spawn TNT.
Tier 1: Normal TNT.
Crafting:
Tier 2: Relic TNT.
Crafting:
Tier 3: Relic TNT (more uses).

Standard Tools and Swords
Epicarno
Quite a bit better than other tools, pretty hard to craft.
Crafting:
Amboyna
Bog standard wooden tools, made from Amboyna wood from the Mystical dimension (they are 0.1 worse than stone tools).
Crafting:
Redstone (Ingot)
These are pretty good tools a bit better than iron tools. They are created by smelting a redstone block into an ingot of redstone and using that to craft them.

Crafting:
These tools are fine tools. They are crafted with ruby gems (pretty common).
Bluetack
Really nothing much, these are just like stone tools and bluetack is very common.

Armours
Mythril Armour
Simply the best armour, you won't even feel some of the lower tier mobs. If you want to kill some bosses use this or not.

Epicarno Armour
A fine set of armour crafted from blocks of epicarno, not as good as mythril but still a great set of armour.

Ruby Armour
Nothing wrong with a good old set of ruby armour, however ruby is pretty common so this armour is not the best.
Nummyness: Fills a bit of food but mainly works like a Golden apple but can give (mainly) good and (minor) bad effects.

Moon Water
Nummyness: Gives a random good potion effect when you drink it.

Full Cans
Nummyness: Very fills a good few hunger things.
Crafting:
(Replace the beef with any cooked food)
Pink Berry
Nummyness: Not that nummy however it is very common.
Dried Pink Berry
Nummyness: Twice the nummyness of a normal pink berry (about one hunger thing).

Nummyness: A little better than Chicken

Pink berry bush (farming)
You will find many pink berry bushes in the mystical dimension that drop a few pink berries. You can simply eat the pink berry or you can farm them. Very simple just right click a pink berry on some epicarno grass to plant it!

Epicarno Furnace
This furnace will only work with Epicarno fuels (epicnite and powerfuel).
It will smelt items 4 times faster than a normal furnace.
Note: Epicarno Fuels used in a normal furnace will burn out before even smelting 1 item.
Crafting
Moon Washer
A very simple concept, this machine that is powered with moon water will wash an ore, giving two ore lumps that can be smelted into an item or ingot. It is currently not finished as due to limits/issues with forge on minecraft 1.8 I cannot at more water as a fluid yet so moon water buckets have to be crafted.

In newer updates Mystical cobble stone has been replaced by Polished Moon Stone.
Moon Water buckets created by using a bucket on a pool of moon water (moon water is invisible but you can see it has moon stone will always spawn near by)
I do not mind about videos. If you want to add it to a mod pack message the name & link to your mod pack so I can check it out, other than that I will not stop you from using it in a modpack.

Sorry about the 3 year delay on this mod release (I first made this mod for minecraft 1.4.7 finished it but never released it as 1.5 came out and I did not know how to port it, anyway this one is better and has more cool stuff) Btw my last mod was the Not In Minecraft Mod for 1.4.7 (you don't want to look at that it's old and crappy now).
