Spelunkery compatibility with Create

1. Pump portal fluid from crying obsidian
Just connect Create mod's pumps or pipes to the crying obsidian block, then 250mb portal fluid will be pumped from it. after pump, it will be converted into normal obsidian.
It can be used for Protal Fluid Automation
