Any silk touch tool can pick up spawners. Slide the zip file into the datapacks folder and this will allow for grabbable spawners within your game. This is the NO SPAWN EGG workaround. Fully immersve to the survival expiriance.
Silk Touch Spawners is available as a datapack and as a Fabric/Neoforge mod. This will be continually updated past 1.21. (Versions pre 1.21 may never be created as other datapacks exist)
