Modern Debugify

Description

Unfortunately Debugify has dropped support for Forge. As such the latest 1.18.2 build fails to work with popular mods such as Modern Fix.

Using its LGPLv3 License I have forked Debugify and made the relevant fixes to the Mixin system to allow Modern Debugify to work with Modern Fix (and have better support for other Mixin based mods in general).

All other features remain in parity with Debugify Forge 1.11.0.
