Modern Beta Forge Release Plus

Late Beta to Early Release Biome Generators for Modern Beta Forge 1.12.2!

An add-on for Modern Beta Forge for 1.12.2 (versions 1.4.0.0 or later) which adds the biome generators from Minecraft versions Beta 1.8.1, Release 1.0, Release 1.1, and Release 1.6.4.

Please note that the biomes generated use the 1.12.2 equivalent, including height variation values and surface generation. Terrain shape will be different than their original respective versions.

Usage

For quick usage, customize the Modern Beta world type, then go to Presets, and finally select from the Modern Beta 1.8.1, Modern Release 1.0, Modern Release 1.1, or Modern Release 1.6.4 presets.

From there you can tweak all the other settings available in the base Modern Beta mod, as well as the Release Plus settings found in the last page of the customization screen.

Server Usage

The following should be done in the server.properties file:

• Set the 'levelType' field to 'modernbeta', without the quotes.
• Set generation options in the 'generator-settings' field. You can create the generator options string using the in-game GUI.
