Mob spawners and eggs recipes

This mod adds recipes for mob spawners and mob spawn eggs.

Spawner Recipe: 5 stone slabs A1, A2, A3, C1, C3, 1 fire charge C2, 1 end crystal B2, 2 iron bars B1, B3.
